CTI's Proteus Enterprise is a secure, web-based, communications management application, offering a wide selection of reports that help to improve the management, control, efficiency and productivity of their communication networks, technologies and people. It is the only solution available today that integrates fixed line, mobile, Internet, email and voice recording usage, under a single organisational database and a secure web-browser user interface.
This application works by collating call and event data from Telephone Systems, Mobile Operator CDs and Internet and Email Servers, and then marries it to an organisational database comprising departments, people and their extensions. The resulting reports identify an individual's, or groups, complete communications usage and costs, from anywhere in the world, 24 x 7.
Over 20 standard report templates are available to meet the information requirements of most small and medium sized businesses. These include costing, response times and traffic analysis reports, coupled with the ability to filter incoming, outgoing, internal and tandem calls, private wires, CLI, PIN, Cost Centre (account) codes, and PABX call flags.
